Philip Lee, commonly know as "Philly" amongst his peers, is the one responsible for Philly Puddy Designs. Phil is the Creative Director at Philly Puddy Designs.

Phil created Philly Puddy Designs to offer smaller, independent businesses and individuals an alternative to high-priced and exclusive design firms. As a "starving artist", he understood the nature of trying to compete in the real world on a limited budget, and has offered many small businesses and individuals a chance to compete in a world that often does not cater to the "smaller pocketbook". Ironically, Phil is no longer a "starving" artist, and neither are the clients who have dealt with Philly Puddy Designs have been given a chance to compete without breaking their marketing budget.

Phil began his career as a proficient musician and sound engineer, and gradually progressed into a Digital Artist and Marketing Specialist. His talents in directing a project are only surpassed in his abilities to layout unique web sites, video editing, motion graphics and animation. One of the true "jack of all trades", he has the ability to absorb the information taken from the client and produce award winning designs and campaigns. Phil is a specialist in the entire Adobe Creative Suites platform and with an emphasis in After Effects, Flash and Premiere Pro.

Phil has attended the University of the Arts in Philadelphia and ITT Technical Institute's Multimedia Design program in Austin. He has been involved in the Graphic Arts since 1999, and started Philly Puddy Designs in 2005.
